Please register your child as the grade they will be as of September 2024

PLEASE NOTE: 

• If your child is affiliated with another soccer league or club they CANNOT play for our organization, please do not continue the registration process.
• If this is your child's first time playing please upload a copy of their birth certificate when prompted

Registration with Northport Youth Center Soccer League DOES NOT guarantee:

• Placement on a team (Your child will be placed on a team only if there are sufficient number of coaches)
• Carpooling requests
• Coach requests
• Practice day and/or field requests

Your child will be placed on a team by grade unless otherwise requested in writing.  I, as parent and/or guardian, understand and agree that unless I expressly notify Northport Youth Center Soccer League in writing of any physical disability, they may assume the registrants to be in good physical condition and able to participate in soccer activities, without limitations.
